I know it’s been a while since I’ve written anything here but I’ve been so busy with the tavern and the construction on my place in Shirogane that I haven’t had time to myself. I know my Conjurer graduation happened many moons ago but I was thinking about it today. I remember when I left Kugane to pursue my dream of becoming a Conjurer and I made it happen with the help of the Sky Wolves.
I was so nervous when I arrived in Gridania the day before. I went through my things over and over to make sure I brought everything and then I went to the tavern to meet up with the Sky Wolves who decided to come. It was nice catching up with them however I was still thinking about the ceremony the next day and I couldn’t really enjoy myself. I’ve never done anything like this before…I’ve never been put on the spotlight for something I’ve done. If it were up to me I would have just had them mail me the certificate and be done with it but that wasn’t an option.
We had some food and drinks before turning in for the night and then in the morning the ceremony began. I was pretty nervous but having my friends there really helped me get up on that stage and get my certificate. We spent most of the day and evening having a great time drinking and eating and hanging out. I’m just happy I managed to accomplish something I’ve been wanting to for a long time even though my family didn’t approve of it. If it was up to them I would have never left Kugane in the first place.
